Job Description
  • SoftOne Technologies S.A, a leading company in Software Development and IT services, is looking for a Support Consultant to join Support Services Team.
Duties
  • Partner and customer support via telephone / email / e-ticket.
  • Research and reproduce customer issues and provide solutions within a certain time frame.
  • Follow up on customers issues resolution.
  • Training of Customers and Partners on Soft1 products through webinars and/or live training sessions.
Requisites
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
  • 2+ working experience in similar position in IT Industry.
  • Very good knowledge of ERP software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer – oriented skills.
  • Very good command of English language
