SoftOne is recruiting a Support Consultant, to be based
in Athens, Greece.

- Partner and customer support via telephone / email / e-ticket.
- Research and reproduce customer issues and provide solutions within a certain time frame.
- Follow up on customers issues resolution.
- Training of Customers and Partners on Soft1 products through webinars and/or live training sessions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
- 2+ working experience in similar position in IT Industry.
- Very good knowledge of ERP software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer – oriented skills.
- Very good command of English language.
